Services
Our services.
Ten disciplines across four divisions. Take one, take all of them, or take one and keep your existing providers for the rest. There is no bundling requirement and no penalty for using us selectively.
Strategy, and the capital behind it.
Commercial advisory for technology and AI businesses, and direct investment where a company fits our mandate. We are explicit about which hat we are wearing in any given conversation.
Commercial strategy
Positioning, pricing, go-to-market sequencing and the operating model required to support it. Written as a plan with owners and dates, not a deck.
U.S. market entry
For companies founded elsewhere: entity structure, banking, employer registrations, first hires, and the commercial groundwork to be credible here.
Fundraising readiness
Equity story, model, data room discipline, and rehearsal of the questions investors will actually ask. Preparation, not placement.
Private investment
Direct minority positions in technology and AI companies, typically alongside a lead investor. Long hold periods and no pressure for a near-term exit.
Growth capital
Capital for companies with revenue and a clear use of proceeds: expansion, hiring, or a specific commercial push.
Operating support post-investment
Where we invest, our other divisions are available at cost to the businesses we back. Useful, and not conditional.
The infrastructure that lets you hire and operate.
Immigration, accounting, administration and people. Entirely load-bearing, and the most common reason a growth plan slips.
Work visa and status support
Case strategy, document preparation, timeline management and employer-side compliance for the visa categories technology companies actually use.
Workforce planning and compliance
Mapping a hiring plan against immigration reality before offers go out, plus ongoing employer record-keeping obligations.
Bookkeeping and month-end close
Transaction processing, reconciliations, and a close calendar that produces numbers you can act on rather than numbers that arrive in week five.
Management reporting
A short set of measures leadership will actually use, plus investor reporting packs and board financials.
Entity and corporate administration
Registrations, filings, registered agent coordination, contract administration and the corporate housekeeping that becomes a diligence problem if neglected.
HR and the people function
Recruitment support, onboarding, employment policy, payroll and benefits coordination, and performance frameworks that fit the company's size.
How the company is understood.
Marketing, public relations and communications, run as one function. Positioning that stays consistent whether it appears in a press release, a job advert or a sales call.
Positioning and messaging
What the company is, for whom, and why it is different, expressed once and expressed well, so everything downstream stays consistent.
Demand generation
Channel strategy, content, campaigns and the measurement to tell which of it is working. Built to be handed to an internal hire later.
Media relations and announcements
Funding rounds, launches and milestones: narrative, materials, journalist relationships and the timing to give a story a chance.
Executive and founder profile
Thought leadership, speaking, and building a credible public voice without manufacturing one.
Internal communications
All-hands structure, change and restructuring messaging, and keeping a distributed team informed rather than merely emailed.
Crisis and issues management
Preparation before you need it, and a rehearsed response when you do, coordinated with our security division where an incident is technical.
Building it, and protecting it.
Software consulting and delivery alongside cyber and corporate security. Kept in one division because the questions overlap more than most companies expect.
Technical advisory
Architecture review, build-versus-buy, technical diligence, and an honest read on whether a roadmap is achievable with the team you have.
Delivery and engineering
Embedded engineering for defined scopes: internal tooling, integrations, data platform work, or shipping a product increment on a deadline.
AI implementation
Identifying where machine learning helps, building it, and saying plainly where it does not.
Assessment and remediation
Posture review, penetration testing coordination, and a prioritized remediation plan rather than a 200-page report nobody reads.
Compliance readiness
Preparing for the security questionnaires and framework audits enterprise customers will put in front of you, before they do.
People, premises and travel
Executive protection planning, office and access security, travel risk assessment, and incident response for physical threats.
Durations and fee structures shown are typical rather than guaranteed, and are agreed in writing before any work begins. We quote fixed fees wherever scope permits. Where it does not, we agree a capped estimate.
How we contract.
A company this broad has to be unusually clear about qualification and conflict. These terms apply to every engagement without exception.
Licensed work is done by licensed people. Immigration matters requiring legal advice are handled by practicing attorneys. Accounting work requiring a licensed opinion is handled by CPAs. We will tell you which of our people hold which credentials, and where we are using a licensed partner firm rather than acting ourselves.
Conflicts are checked and disclosed before you sign. We both advise and invest, and we may serve companies that compete. Where our interests could touch yours, you hear about it in writing first, and we will decline one side rather than manage a conflict we cannot cleanly resolve.
Scope, fee and deliverables are agreed in writing. Client information stays confidential indefinitely and is returned or destroyed on request at the close of an engagement. Retainers are terminable with thirty days' notice, and we will support an orderly handover to whoever comes next.
Not sure which of these you need?
Most people are not, and the diagnostic exists for exactly that reason. Describe the situation and we will tell you what we think the work is, including if the answer is that you do not need us.
