01. Approach

One company, not eleven vendors.

A company at fifteen people typically holds an immigration lawyer, an outside accountant, a fractional HR consultant, a PR agency, a marketing agency, a dev shop, an IT provider and a security consultant. Eight relationships, eight onboardings, and nobody with sight of the whole.

Panacea is built the other way around. We hold those functions in one place, staffed by specialists, coordinated by one team that understands the whole business. When your immigration timeline affects a hiring plan that affects a funding milestone, that becomes a single conversation rather than three.

Where a matter requires a licensed professional, a practicing attorney or a CPA, it is handled by one, and we say so plainly. Breadth is no substitute for qualification and we do not treat it as one.

01

Consulting & Capital

Strategy and commercial advisory, private investment, and growth capital for technology and AI businesses.

02

Corporate Services

Immigration support, accounting and bookkeeping, entity administration, and the people function: hiring, onboarding, policy and payroll.

03

Growth & Communications

Marketing, public relations, internal and external communications, positioning and brand.

04

Technology & Security

Software consulting and delivery, cyber security, and corporate and physical security.

02. Divisions

Four divisions. Ten disciplines.

Most clients start with one division and add others as they grow. Nothing obliges you to take more than you need, and each engagement is priced on its own terms.

01

Consulting & Capital

Commercial strategy, market entry, operating model and fundraising readiness, alongside direct private investment and growth capital where a business fits our mandate.

02

Corporate Services

Immigration, accounting, entity and administrative support, and the full people function. The infrastructure that decides whether a company can actually hire and operate.

03

Growth & Communications

Marketing, PR, and communications, from first positioning through launch, funding announcements, and the reputational work that follows growth.

04

Technology & Security

Software consulting and build, cyber security assessment and remediation, and corporate security for people, premises and travel.

03. Principles

Four commitments that govern every engagement.

Breadth invites a fair question: can one company really do all of this well? These are the terms we hold ourselves to, and the grounds on which you can hold us to account.

01

Qualified hands only

Regulated work is done by licensed professionals or licensed partner firms, never by a generalist. Where we are not the right party, we say so and introduce you to someone who is.

02

One point of accountability

However many divisions you use, one named person owns the relationship and answers for all of it. You are never the one coordinating between our teams.

03

Conflicts disclosed in writing

We both advise companies and invest in them. Where those interests could touch, you hear about it before you decide anything, and we will step back from one side rather than manage a conflict we cannot cleanly resolve.

04

Take only what you need

No bundling, no minimum number of services, no penalty for using one division and taking another elsewhere. Each engagement stands or falls on its own merit.

Breadth counts for nothing unless every part of it is properly qualified.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

An initial conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. If a division of ours is not the right answer, we will say so in that first call and point you somewhere better.
